Dear aspirant
Well if you are looking for government colleges like nits then at your rank you may get chance to it but chances are quite low because this year cutoff goes varies
And the no. Of candidates participating in exam are increased.
And also at your rank you may get lower nits or other college like iiits.
And at yout rank you can't get branches like cse , mechanical etc but you can approach for the other branches.
So dont be disappointed of course you can try for the other nits or colleges definitely.

I regret to inform you that after considering your obc category your rank is not good enough to get you admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits with good branches.
Yes you can get admission into nits but all these nits are of northeast state nit sikkim , nit meghalaya, nit nagaland , nit mizoram , nit aizawal , nit shillong where you can get admission in non core branches like biotechnology , metallurgical engineering or mining engineering.
