Sir my rank general rank is 8179 and armed force priority rank is 6-87 can I get electrical or CSE in mmm b tech.

Hello Ashish,
Getting a seat in those mentioned branches in MMMUT at that rank is pretty less likely.
You still have a go for branches like Civil at the technical University. Although if your pure interest lies in CSE and EEE, then you must go for those in other colleges like ITM or BIT in the same city.
