Sir my rank in wb jee is 5901 in general categories. Is that any chance to get government college

Sorry to say but with these marks there are very less chances to get admission in any good government colleges with 5901 rank in web JEE in general category.

These are not enough to secure a seat in government colleges. Try for other good private colleges and other colleges. Not possible here.

Based on the previous year cutoff you have very less chance to get any good goverment college with a good branch or stream, but you can get good private college with a better branch with this rank, so you should also think about that.
