Sir my score 46 percentile in JEE main so I can get Apply to university of Pune & engineering College of Pune ST category and Im Hyderabad

Hello, yes you can apply to colleges of any state using you JEE main score and rank. The only thing you need to do is to go through the counseling process of the state where you are applying to and fill the college priority as University Of Pune. As you are from ST category so chances are higher that you will get University of Pune or engineering college of Pune.
