sir my score is 390, mrks 43.33, rank 14740 (EE) OBC, is their any chances to get NIT's ?

With this GATE score you have a 0 percent chance to get into any NIT's. The only option left for you is to try for Osmania and Anna which can also be difficult considering the competetion.
You can also try the other Private Universities if you want.
