NO,The cutoff for jee mains is 74 and she isn't qualified for mains so i dont think she might get any NIT or government college if you belong to general category.
It actually depends on which category is she in if she lies in general category then she won't get any nit since qualifying marks is 74 and if she lies in other categories then there is a slight ray of hope of getting a seat.
