sir my son got 89.66 % main 2020 ,will he get nit seat ,we belong to obc

It's difficult to tell you the exact about the qualifying cutoff & admission cutoff. This score seems enough to qualify the exam as OBC category but chances seems less to get NITs, IIITs & GFTIs Etc.

You can go for state level counselling like Punjab, Haryana, MP Etc. I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main 2020 April Session again.

100 - your total percentile score is the percentage  of people ahead of you. 874469 are the number of candidates appeared for Jan exam. So rank formula is (100 - your total score) X 869010 /100. Your son has more chances to get a seat in NITs. Because cut off marks for JEE mains regarding OBC-NCL is nearly 74. So you can expect any one of 31 NITs. But branches may vary based on the number of applications. State policies will also influence.
