According to the category rank you have mentioned in your question you can get any branch in any NIT except NIT Warangal, Trichy, Surathkal and MNIT Allahabad.  In former three you will not get CSE, ECE. But you can opt Allahabad for Mechanical or ECE. In NIT Warangal and NIT Surathkal you may get CSE, but in the last round. It might be risky to wait for 7th round and hope for your choice in these NIT's. But if you want to go for CSE branch in any NIT, you should go for Rourkela, Calicut, MNIT Jaipur, MANIT Bhopal. In any other NIT you can get any branch of your choice as you are interested in.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
