    Hi Kishan,

    Firstly, I congratulate you for securing such a brilliant rank in WBJEE 2019 and as for answering your question, you should first know that the opening and closing ranks for TFW category in Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College for Electronics and Communication Engineering for the year 2018 was from 3030 to 5006 at the end of Round 3. So based on this data you can very easily get a seat in the ECE department under the TFW category.
