At this rank you can't expect any government college like IIT's Nit or IIIT's or GFTIs.

You can only get admission in private colleges easily and hence I suggest you to go for those colleges which are accepting Jee mains score ok.

At this rank, you won't get CSE in any decent government college in Odisha. I would suggest you to look for other options. If you have applied for other exams, then take the college through it. You might also try for private engineering colleges in Odisha. Below is the list for the same:
