The exam authorities may not change the exam dates. If that is the case, you must decide which of the two exams you want to take. To do this you must decide what do you want to do in life or pursue in lfe (life in Armed Forces or Engineering). Based on this, you can decide which test to take. Also, you can see if the exam time for both the papers are different (morening and evening sessions), then while filling the application form of both the test, choose the exam centres in the same city. If you get the exam centres coser to each other in the same city in the admit card of the both exams and timings of the exams are different on 22nd, you can still try to sit in both the exams.
