There is no need of DOB certificate during NEEt councelling. Yes you can use 10th mark sheet in d place of DOB certificate.
You should have 10 mark sheet, 10+2 mark sheet,,study certificate,cast certificate income certificate, identify proof ,NEET admit card are necessary.
DOB certificate is not so necessary for NEET councelling.
