Hello dear...
As counseling starts from nearly 15 th june you will get result by that time.Then there will be no problem.If it doesn't happen so then you can submit certificate after some time at the time of opening the college.College give admission undertaking if some documents are not available at that time and give some time.
Therefore do not mind that.
