Hi Bhavya yes nwac marksheet is valid for RGPV counselling since it is a foreign board it is acceptable by all the Universities and colleges but there is one thing you need to do that you have to get an equivalence certificate from aiu without that it might create a problem for you to take admission on the basis of this marksheet.
