Caste certificates generally have a validity of 6 months to 1 year . As of now ,it is expected that NEET UG counselling through all India Quota will only commence in or after the month of January.
As you mentioned that your ,caste certificate has been issued in July ,it has a validity till the month of January 2022 . Also , if the state quota counsellings are to begin after the All India Quota Counselling,it's gonna be the month of February to initiate the same .
It's advisable to you that you renew your caste certificate in the month of January . You need not issue a new one . You just have to renew your old caste certificate.
