    Hi Chiku,

    For JEE Odisha, for admission in the top 20 percentile, some colleges do not have reservation quota for OBC, SC, and ST and thus NR stands for No Reservation. Admission in these colleges is to be based upon counseling under Open Category.

    With all due respect, write answers after research. It's for NOT REPORTED in the list of top 20 percentile board wise. Try telling him top 20 percentile, please.
