Sir please clarify which will be the category for non karnatka candidates applying for private seat in karnatka & what will be the fees

Hello...
Non-karnataka students come under general merit GM quota. In this category all students who don't have Karnataka residents can apply for counselling for different seats in different colleges.
Fees for this category vary from college to college. This fee may vary from 5lakh to 11 lakh for four years of engineering.
