If you are applying for the agricultural courses then you say yes else you say no. Thats all.

If you don't possess Agriculture Course then Mark No in the form. Fill the form correctly so that you don't get in trouble while document verification.
If you don't have agricultural degree, Tick No if it say do you claim agriculture subject.
