Sir please tell me why there is a lot difference in cut off ranks for PEC Chandigarh between 2018 and 2017 in sc category ????

Here are some reason which may cause for the difference

1.The college want to increase the prestige.

2.The placement of college is doing better day by day.

3. More no of SC students are interested in taking admission here.

But in 2017 cut off for cse goes to 40k but in 2018 it end upt at 2049 only for sc and home state category
