Hello,
No, you cannot correct your address.There are few details which can be corrected when the correction window is open such as father's name, mother's name, Category, date of birth.And if there are any incorrect documents uploaded you will be notified to change them which you can do when correction window is open.

Please mention in which exam you have filled incorrect district in your form. For different exam there are different procedures and they give different opportunities to change the mistakes made in application form. So i request to mention which exam you are asking about.
