hi,
see purvanchal siksha parishad has no affiliation from central government or government of india. utter pradesh state government has registered the board as Open continuing & Distance Education System in 1980,under Act 21-1860. so it may be fall under distance education system board, if any where open schooling board is allowed you may apply. but it not falls under the approved higher decondary board of india. you may follow the below link to know about details:
