Well, that is a good rank and you can get admission into RTU Kota. As for when the list will be declared, it is mentioned on the REAP website that the seat allotment will take place on 16/7. To check your allocated seat just simply login to your REAP account like usual and on the front page, it will be showing the allotted seat if there is any.
