Hi

When the dates of release were said in a news report as oct 16, the NTA (National testing Agency) also mentioned that the results will be out by 4pm. This was published in a NDTV report. But generally It will not be sharply the time they have reported. So, you can expect the result around 4pm on oct 16 (today).
