See, honestly saying its very difficult to predict whether you will get a seat or not...  May be there might be more lower ranks than you.. In this case you won't be able to get a seat.. But if there are less lower ranks than you and high greater ranks than yours.. So, in this case you have chances of getting a seat in NIT in Andhra pradesh...

But we cannot predict accurately.. Its just a case or an assumption...
