Let me clear your doubt Common Merit Rank and ALL India Rank is considered for Admission into NLU,not Category rank,if your Category rank is 2 k to 3 k then slighlty you have chances of getting any lower NLU,i think you are cleared so have look at your All india Rank then Attend counselling if this is under 2 k then you may get seat in some NLU,For RMNLU your rank should be around 500 to 1 K.
