Hello Atif,
Declaration Certificate is presented during counselling and admission if you haven't received your marksheet or your result is not declared yet or result of qualifying Degree is awaiting. This is a kind of undertaking that declare that you will submit your result once it get declared. Failing to which your provisional admission will be cancelled.

Thank u soo much mam,so we ll have to submit this at the time od admission because I have not received my original marksheet of diploma,but I have the marksheet which is on university website,,mam in this declation certificate any kind of signature or stamps is needed or not of university or we have to submit this as it is after filing uor own .?
