Hello,
Due to corona pandemic the cut off or eligibility criteria to get admission in IISER based on class 12 merit is revised and the revised eligibility criteria is that candidates belonging to general category/OBC/OBC-NCL must have scored minimum 60% aggregate marks or its equivalent grade and candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD it is 55% aggregate marks or its equivalent grade. This is applicable for all boards. Cut off for each board is already declared so the lower score will be consider to determine your eligibility.
