It is good to hear that you want to become a teacher in an era when everyone wants to be either a doctor or engineer.
So if you have decided to become a JEE faculty, then pick up your favorite among physics, chemistry or mathematics. Make sure that you should have a in depth knowledge about the particular subject. No matter whatever question is being asked, you should be able to answer that.

You can't learn to be a teacher. I have seen so many who have the required knowledge of the subject but are not very student friendly. You may know a concept very well but unless you can't deliver it in a very lucid manner in front of the students, it's a waste. Subjects like Physics is all nature. Connect stuff everywhere and students will like you. Solve a lot of problems.
