Hello,
As Specified by board once registration is done you can't change it. So there is no way to change it now. You can only use your income certificate during counselling for TFW for which you won't have to pay your tution fees.
for next year you can apply with category but not this year. But it is not good to waste a one year time.
So go for counselling and apply for scholarships with your qualifications.
Don't waste time.
