Sir, when i had filled my neet application form then at that time i had wrote wrong category and now i am working on this correction but everytime i get bad request and invalid captha and sometimes i don't get the OTP so what can i do??

Hi,
Well try using some other phone or browser for the same correction. Try to use your laptop or PC and do it from any other browser than the one you are currently using and then you might will not get this issue again. Just try once and let me know.
