It is not clear what you want to know exactly about. If you are asking about courses, then the popular ones are Computer Science, Chemical, Mechanical, etc. But popularity won't mean a thing if you don't get a degree from a good institute and also perform well.
Then again the market forces are such that what is popular today may not be so tomorrow. Trends can change.
