As per the rules any stream students can appear for NDA but for Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy a student must have physics and mathematics in class 12th also there is a compulsory paper on mathematics therefore if you choose mathematics then it will be beneficial for you therefore if you are expiring for NDA then you should go for mathematics with physics.
