Sir, while filling my ssc cpo form by mistake my dob was entered in place of 01/05/2003 it was placed 05/01/2003. I have cleared all the stage of exam now my document verification is going to be held on 19 September. I have prepared an affidavit by sdm of my district. Will this work?

The SSC generally accepts affidavits for such minor, unintentional errors but it depends on the document verification process rules.so cant say anything confirm
Just bring original supporting documents like your 10th class certificate and birth certificate that show the correct date.present your affidavit they might accept that because previously they accept this type of mistakes.
