Dear Aspirant,
You won't be able to get ECE in any NIT as your rank is very low. However, you might be able to get into some lower branch like Production, Metallurgy, etc. Also, you will not be able to get any top NIT either. Following are the NITs you could look for:-
- NIT Nagaland
- NIT Srinagar
- NIT Puducherry
