With a NEET score of 565 in OBC category you have fair chances of getting a seat in governmental medical colleges in Punjab. Colleges like GMC Patiala, Amritsar or Faridkot might be possible, depending on the cut offs this year. Though you have secured a good score, under AIQ (All India Quota) 565 is a slightly competitive marks for OBC category. So as a back up keep options like BAMS, BDS, BHMS open if you're okay with them. Since your father is in BSF, don't forget to check if there's any Parliamentary quota or reservation available.
