According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question it is difficult to get any of the top colleges with good branches as per previous year's cut-offs.But there are other branches like metallurgy,chemical ,biotechnology in which there are chances for you to get a seat.

so according to your rank, you can get the following colleges -
