sir/mam I have applied for comedk xam .filled my application and paid 2600 using upi , but money was debited from my bank account my application was not submitted yet and I have not got any confirmation that my application was submitted.plz help me regarding this issue.Do they refund my money back.

As per the details you have provided, your application form was not submitted/completed but your money was deducted.The possible cause for the error could have possibly been related to the  money transfer partner website of your bank.You money must have been deducted but didn't reflected to the receiver and you money would have been sent back to you bank account or pool account.Go to your bank and write and application regarding your transaction details and your money will be in your account within a week.They must have done it already but delay is possibly due to covid situation and less staffs.You don't need to worry as you money will be safe and you will get it whenever you want.

Please re-login with your credentials once again and check the status of your application.If payment is successful then it will show that your application form has been submitted.Your transaction will be displayed on the top of your application.If is not successful then pay the exam fee once again.Previously deducted amount will be refunded to that same bank account.

Due to some technical issues the money was not received. Don't worry it is a common problem that occurs a lot of times. Just call your bank and talk to customer care explaining your problem to them. The money will be credited to your account in a couple days. Regarding the form, you'll have to do it again since the payment was not received by them.
