Sir/mam... I have white ration card but no income cert due to lockdown I couldn't make it out.. But AP neet pg state counselling has started.. Can I upload white card instead of income cert..?? By doing so am I eligible for fee reimbursement..?? Can I submit income cert after allotment..??

Hello there,
No you cannot upload your white ration card instead of your EWS certificate. You need to get a certificate in order to get fees reduced.
The colleges only rely on certificates they go by no other evidence. So by hook or crook you need to get a certificate.
