If further, you bring valid document later, they will not be accepted and you will be considered under general category only.

So if you will not upload your pwd certificate then your seat won't get cancel but you will be counted in general category for sure, because to get admission through pwd quota it is very important to upload your pwd certificate as it is the main proof for it.
