Hi Shamnad!This is Neeraj Atluri.Your question is not so appropriate(allorted college), mention it by saying the complete details of it, besides this if your preffered college has seats in your preffered branch,if you have eligibility to study in that college then you will good chances of taking transfer certificate from one college to another.Mention the college names such that I will provide the best information.
