Well, I would recommend you to get in touch with the concerned authorities like NTA.

You can contact them via help line number or by emailing them. Emailing your concern would be a more professional way and also have better chances of getting a positive reply.

Also, a petition too was signed by many students regarding this concern and this whole issue is sent to court to address that.

So I would also advice you to be patient and to mantain your calm in this situation
