it also depends on your category as well if you are a general category student then your marks are on the lower side but you can focus towards private colleges. you can use the follow link to look for those colleges:

If you are from General Category then cutoff marks in 74 and genec you cannit attend counselling for 2018.
You cn however go for private engineering colleges like MGMC Navi Mumbai, MVJ college of engineering, St francis institute Mumbai, SiT Bhubaneswar.
For NITs, IIITs and GFTIs you cannot be qualified under CSAB rounds.
