i have changed my jee examination center for postponed april session exam, so i need to change the may session again or it is automatically changed if registered together.

Akash, we are not quite sure about this. NTA has mentioned that you can change your Exam Centre but doesn't mention if you can change it more than once. Instead of speculating about this, we would suggest you to reach out to NTA to check with them. That might be the best option at this point in time.
