Your rank is good...but for clg prediction u have to take part in counciling... to get good clg

Actually you can check it by using college predictor which gives you an idea of the college's which you can apply.but it will be difficult to get a better college for CSE as there is more competition seen for cs branch.
You can try for jnnce in Shimoga,ACS college of engineering,and also can try for Reva , presidency,alliance University.
Even try for dayanaandasagar college of engineering where you may get.
