Sir,I got 89.9percentile in JEE mains ...my OBC rank is 33090...am I to get seat not ..

The rank that you got is very high, it should be much less than that.
To be in the safe zone your rank must be under 25k.
Sorry to say that but,

With this rank, it is difficult to get admission in any of the nits or iiits,


I will suggest you to appear for spot round also. Because it gives a chance to improve your branch and college also..
