Hello Manisha,
Yes, definitely you'll be able to get admission. Visually impaired isn't a barrier for you.
You might be appearing for engineering entrance exams or college entrance exams for admission purpose. And in most of the exams you are asked to mention whether you have any type of disability or problem. So, mention it in form with degree of it to what extent it is.
For PWD alias person with disability, there is 3% reservation quota.
To be considered under PWD category one must meet following criteria:-
1. Disability of joints/bones
2.complete absence of sights or low vision
3. Hearing impairment
4. Cerebral palsy
Hence, if you have very low eyesight or complete blindness or limitation of field of vision subtending an angle of 20 degree or worse then you can come under PWD status. 40% or more is valid in case of eyes.
You just need to provide valid medical certificate at time of Admission counseling to prove it.
So, Don't worry. Just focus on your boards and entrance exams for your college admissions.
I hope this helps you.
All the best !!
