Hello,
Whether you are considered as Economically Weak or not, is based on the income and assets of your family. To come under EWS, you will need to satisfy all the criteria listed below.
You are not availing the reservation for SCs, STs, and OBCs.
Your family* has a gross annual income below Rs 8 lakh.
Not having 5 acres of agricultural land and above.
Not having a residential flat of 1000 sq ft. and above.
Not having a residential plot of 100 sq. yards and above in notified municipalities.
Not having a residential, plot of 200 sq. yards and above in areas other than the notified municipalities.
So you have to submit you r EWS certificate to prove your category. Once it is verified and you satisfy the above eligiblity criteria you will be placed under EWS category.

But I have to submit it where sir, there is not option for submitting ews certificate on her main 2020 application form

I have my certificate ready sir where can I submit it there is no column for submission of certificate there
You don't need to submit the certificate now. It will be required during JoSAA & CSAB counselling where they will verify your documents.

Hello
JEE Main 2020 application form has been released today and in the category option provided in the application form, you will have to select Gen-EWS.
Gen-EWS option is available there.

It is showing only general in my application form pls help it is not showing any genres category
HiAfter completing the registration, when you will fill the application form make sure to first fill the fields asked above such as Nationality State Code of Eligibility and then CategoryIn the category field, General/SC/ST/ OBC-NCL (central list)/ Gen-EWS are mentioned in the application form.
