Sir,if I submit my Ews document then my new rank will be declared or not during counselling?Please reply quickly.

If you have filled the forum using EWS category and then filled the forum using that and you have submitted EWS document, if the rank has already been released then there wont be new rank released but if the rank hasnt been released then your new rank can be released.
You should contact the helpline number of respective colleges of visit them for more information.
