Hello Ravindra Kumar,
If in the application form you have filled your category as OBC-NCL then in the counselling you will have to produce the certificate in it. The certificate is physically verified. If you are unable to produce the certificate then you will be moved to the GENERAL category which is equivalent to almost OBC CREAMY LAYER. They both are given same categorization and zero reservation.
