sir,Insteed of passing certificate can i upload the migration certificatein upsee 2019 councelling because my school has still not issue it

You can upload passing certificate available on CBSE site. There is no need to upload migration certificate instead of passing certificate. So go through website of CBSE and then search your result by entering your roll number and other details. Download it and then load it where you have required . So go through it properly .
